The birds have been magnificent these last mornings. 4 parakeets chasing each other through the sky, black headed orioles flying into the rising sun so that their breasts shine like gold, a hawk fishing over the river, the babblers digging in the back yard, the mynas shouting for their morning papaya. The only sad thing is that the tailorbird seems to have deserted her nest.
The trees are in full bloom these days. We have a sort of spring as well. Here are some of our flower arrangements with our spring flowers.

| These are trees blooming across the river. I don't know what they are, but they are huge and totally covered with pink blossoms. Such a nice sight to bike to. |
