Not much happened yesterday.  Workout and reading mostly.  Here is my exercise area.

Sometimes Dharma works out with me



Just like at the gym:

Monday - abs & chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - abs & legs.  Thinking about Liz Forrest while I work my way back up to 100 squats.
Thursday - shoulders
Friday - abs & arms

Feels good to be getting back into shape.
